 SCE&G and its parent company SCANA Corporation, have been working to improve students' self-confidence and overall academic performance through the development of school-based homework centers throughout South Carolina.
SCE&G homework centers provide secure, supervised environments where children in grades two through five can spend time after school working on homework assignments and developing study skills. Staffed by certified teachers from within the schools where they are located, the homework centers keep students safe and comfortable with their surroundings - two important factors in helping them excel in school.
